Is Your Child Ready for Care?

We welcome children from as young as 6 weeks to preschool age. Whether you’re returning to work, studying, or seeking social and educational development for your child, we offer flexible attendance options tailored to your family’s needs.

What to Know
About Attendance

Regular attendance supports your child’s routine and social development. Our policy is for a minimum of 2 days so that there is continuity of care.

Children must meet immunisation requirements to attend (check your Medicare statement).

If your child is unwell, we recommend keeping them home to protect their health and that of others.

To ensure a smooth enrolment process, we’ve made essential forms available to you.

What You’ll Need:
  • Enrolment forms (including emergency contact details and medical information).
  • Immunisation history statement from Medicare.

  • Any health or medical plans specific to your child.
  • Contact our office to access the latest forms or request assistance with documentation.

Government Support
and Subsidies

Making Childcare More Affordable
Understanding financial support is key to planning your childcare needs. Families may be eligible for the Child Care Subsidy (CCS), which can reduce out-of-pocket costs.

How CCS Works:
Based on household income, activity levels (work, study, etc.), and the type of care chosen.
Payments are made directly to the centre, reducing your fees.
For more information, visit the Australian Government’s CCS Guide.

Transitioningand
Leaving the Centre

Starting Care:
We understand that starting care can be an emotional transition for both children and parents. To support your family, we recommend:

Gradual introduction days to familiarise your child with the environment.
Building a consistent routine around drop-off and pick-up times.

Leaving the Centre:
If your child is moving on to school or leaving our care, please provide at least 2 weeks’ notice in writing. This helps us support your family during the transition and manage enrolment availability for other families.
