The Centre opens from 7.45am until 5.45pm Monday to Friday for Long Day Care.

Yes, preschool is delivered by a qualified early childhood teacher and is available at Halifax St for children in the year before they go to school. Children must turn 4 before the 1st of May. The preschool program is partly funded by the Department for Education and Child Development (DECD).

Preschool sessions are available 8.15am until 3.45pm Tuesday to Friday when vacancies occur. Children eligible for preschool can access up to two days of preschool per week. Preschool days can be combined with child care days if more than two days is required. 

No, parents are required to make a permanent weekly booking for both childcare and Preschool. Extra days, emergency and casual care are available only to enrolled children as space and staffing permits.

Childcare is charged at $145.00 per day

$45 per day (8.15am-3.45pm) for children in the year before they attend primary school only.

A bond equivalent to one week’s booking at full fee is payable to confirm your booking. This bond is refundable when you provide notice in writing that your child will finish at the centre.  

Families eligible for Commonwealth payments can apply for Child Care Subsidy to reduce the costs of our service. Families should apply for these subsidies through Centrelink and provide the centre with the relevant Customer Reference Numbers.

Unfortunately we do not accept 1 day per week enrolments. A minimum of 2 days is required.
